Introducing "Get Together", Madonna said that KoKo, former Candem Palace, is the place where she performed in London for the first time. "This next song is called 'I Love New York'," she said. "But I wanna clear something up... I Love London too. If I didn't, I don't think I would live here. I wrote a song about loving New York because it's the place where I learnt to survive. It's all about survival. For me New York is more a state of mind than a place. What is New York's state of mind? It is having something to say.. is never taking 'no' for an answer. So I'd like to share my New York's state of mind with you"
